Returns

Items found to be faulty or incorrect - please inform us by email info@dnadance.co.uk within 14 days and return them for inspection. Once verified, you may receive a refund via your original payment method.

 

Change of Mind - If you have simply changed your mind and wish to return your items, you have 30 days from date of purchase to do so. The item should be unused and must be 'as new' when returned. Any items received after 30 days or in poor condition, will not be accepted.

We cannot accept the return of:

• Items returned after 30 days from date of purchase.

• Items not in original condition

• Incorrectly washed garments (always follow fabric care label instructions)

• Made to order items

• Underwear, opened Tights packets
